Shipping Information

Most items are processed within 48 hours of receiving your order. (PAYPAL) is are (PREFERED PAYMENT METHOD). Purchases made by check will be held 5-7 days until the check clears. Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order. All shipping is done through UPS Ground and US Postal Service Priority mail. (SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE) unless special shipping is requested. We do not accept C.O.D.'s or international orders at this time. When shipping multiple items (combine shipping), some paintings may arrive in separate packages (at no additional shipping charges). Therefore, it is possible for items to arrive on different days.

Return Policy

In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged or broken during shipping, or you want to return your item for whatever reason, notify us via email (info@kenjoslinart.com) within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will provide instructions on returning the item and arrange for a replacement. We will happily give a full refund or store credit upon customer request once the following items have been met. NOTE:(buyer pays for shipping and handling charges).

3. Item(s) must be returned in the original condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
